Testing my new Cobra XRS 9950 - 12 Strip Digital Radar/Laser Detector

xrs 9950 radar ka-alert constantly on, is it faulty or anyone know why it keeps reading ka alert?

What radar detector is better...V1 or Cobra XRS9950?

ok so i know the valentine one is one of the best radar detectors out there and its main feature is the front AND read antenas but my question is...how does it compare to the Cobra XRS 9950? the cobra also has 360 detection. and its a lot cheaper. whats


The V1 or Passport are the two best. Don't buy anything else. Saving $100 on a crappy detector won't cover the $300 you'll spend on a ticket if it doesn't alert you in time.

K


Depending on where you live they mean different things.. I would be weary of all K band alarms. Ka is usually the most common radar nowdays. X is usually a false alarm, however in some states they still use X. Basically if your detector goes off for ANYTHING..

The Cobra XRS 9950 Upper limit Exhibition 12 Company Radar/Laser detector was purchased by myself from Amazon for $104.02 to substitute my aging Whistler Facsimile 1773 Radar Detector / Laser Detector (purchased from Overcome Buy in January of 2005 for $125.99). The Whistler radar detector still works and is positively OK, but I was on tenterhooks unsuspicious it since I have depended upon it and occupied it uninterruptedly for four (4) years in my 2004 Nissan Maxima SE 6 abruptness accelerate guide automobile. I have been using the Cobra detector module for three (3) days, and I am blown away by its make, features, and mitigate of use. It is an improbable edge for $104.02. The Cobra detector item was shipped from GizmosForLife and arrived via UPS universal shipping within three (3) days of placing the inoperative. The box was find, and so is the radar detector.
